These are the 3rd set of Primary chair covers I have made over the years. Sunbeams....oh, Sunbeams!~So, I print out the letters on the computer, cut them out with the interfacing and material. Then iron them on the blue material. Then zig zag tightly around the letters. Elastic is optional. I like it because it hangs onto the chair a little more.
